We want you as Channel Sales Manager in Sweden or Finland

As our Channel Sales Manager you are responsible to build growth strategy, identify and qualify opportunities, develop, drive and support partner new sales execution in the territory. You are interfacing effectively with all relevant IFS business units as well as external stakeholders, driving sales cycles and signing deals.

Partners are at the heart of IFS’s global go-to-market strategy. The role of the Channel Sales Manager is to consistently grow software license revenue within assigned territory, through and together with channel partners.

To be successful in this role you already have partner DNA, loves selling to new customers and masters working on both strategic, tactical and operational level.

We are looking for two experienced, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive channel sales managers with excellent business development, planning, and execution skills.

  • Accountable for meeting or succeeding an indirect license sales quota for territory and/or Channel partners
  • Accountable for consistently growing territory in volume of sales, customers and partners
  • Operational sales with partners
  • Territory planning
  • Partner business planning
  • Channel pipeline generation
  • Partner management
  • Partner recruitments if so needed
  • Quantitatively manage all facets of the territory’s partner business


  • In-depth experience with indirect channel sales, development and dynamics
  • Competent with solution selling through and with channel partners
  • Knowledgeable of ERP and/or EAM/ESM/FSM software market
  • Industry expertise favored from Manufacturing, Professional services, Utility, Construction, Transportation and Logistics
  • Understands how to effectively maneuver a matrix organization
  • Extrovert personality being strong in building and maintaining relationships on all levels
  • Superb negotiation skills coupled with the communication capabilities to sell your ideas
  • High energy and can-do mentality
  • Strong integrity and being competent humble

  • Native language (Swedish or Finnish) is mandatory.
  • English on proficient business level.



  • 10+ years proven experience in Channel software sales with documented track record of succeeding sales targets
  • Sales to net new customers

University level degree in Business Administration/Engineering, or equivalent processional qualifications.

The candidates will be part of the Nordic & Baltics Channel team and be based out of one of our Swedish (Stockholm or Gothenburg) or Finnish (Espoo) offices. Regular traveling is to be expected.
