As our junior HRBP you will join our HR team supporting R&D. You will be supporting the HR Director R&D and the R&D HR Team to execute on our strategy and enable us to support the business fully.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to partner with the management and coach, challenge and provide managers with guidance in every day work. In addition, a HRBP is often a member of the management team of the part of the organization the HRBP is supporting and is expected to take an active part in fulfilling the objectives for the management team.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To be a successful Junior HRBP at IFS your mindset will be the key factor, but to get even further we would like you to have a relevant academic degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.), preferably a University degree in Human Resources, or equivalent processional qualifications education.
We are looking for someone with 2-4 years in HR related positions preferable in an international environment.
You will need to be able to collect and connect data points and translate it into insights and actions. You are a super user in MS Excel and PowerPoint. You will advise and support the organization to act according to labor law and consult with unions. You are comfortable leading and participating in discussions at all levels, creating confidence and building trust amongst your colleagues. You will be accountable for driving and implement global HR processes and policies to the organization in order to achieve organization goals and objectives. Last but not least you will support, consult, coach and challenge managers in HR-related areas in order to accelerate and achieve IFS business strategy. These areas are, for example:
o Recruitment and onboarding
o Performance Management and talent development
o Employee relations consultation and employee Engagement
o Employee development initiatives
o Change management
o Salary review process
o Health and safety
