This position provides an excellent opportunity to explore and utilize your own Finance experiences when designing next generations of IFS Financials Solution.

As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will be a part of the Product Development Organization within IFS, working primarily within the Financials Area in IFS Applications. Together with highly skilled and empowered colleagues in Sweden and Sri Lanka you will work in a distributed agile team setting. You will be given opportunities in taking active part in quality assurance, investigations of requirements and collaboration with our global regions.

You will be given trust and responsibility and are expected to:

  • Analyze new functional solution requirements as well as enhancement requirements on existing solutions
  • Investigate and implement legal requirements
  • Designing functional solutions together with technical software engineers
  • Quality assure new and/or existing solution flows
  • Be ready to present and train internal and/or external stakeholders
  • Follow strategic as well as operational trends and research in the Finance field

To be a successful BSA at IFS your mindset will be the key factor, but to get even further we would like you to have a relevant academic degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.).

We are looking for a team player with experience from either strategic work within Finance departments or from working directly with Finance Software solutions. Perhaps you have experience from a global organization from where you have collected ideas and views about how system solutions within the Finance Area can be further developed. Perhaps you have a background within the Software Industry as an implementation consultant and from that obtained knowledge related to operational and strategic Financial processes and system implementations.

To be able to handle the job you need to have an interest in design, problem solving and a good understanding of business value. Your creativity, analyzing skills and ability to change together with your agile team are other key factors for the role. As a challenger at IFS you are agile, collaborative and trustworthy. Handling change is for us a natural state of mind.
