YOUR OPPORTUNITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Your job will be to establish and build relations to prospects within Manufacturing companies on both a strategic and operative level – interacting with key business stakeholders and decision makers. Your focus is to win new deals and create opportunities for long-term profitable business to IFS. You will be responsible for the new customer for an extended period. Together with Marketing, Pre-Sales and Business Developers you will run sales and marketing activities in order to position IFS and generate leads and you will work with influencers, partners and the broader eco-system in order to position IFS towards prospects and customers. You will continuously work with prospecting in order to maintain the sales pipeline and obtain your budget.
TO BE SUCCESFULL
To be a successful New Sales Manager at IFS your mindset will be the key factor, but to get even further we would like you to:
- have at least 5 years relevant solution selling and business development experience towards large companies
- possess great experience from Manufacturing or other related industries
- have experience from working in the Nordic market
- have ERP experience and knowledge
- have a relevant academic degree at university level or equivalent
- speak and write fluently in one of the Nordic languages and are able to lead negotiations and sales in English.
To succeed in this role, you are also result oriented and must have a strong desire to succeed. You have an ability to lead and motivate others and create confidence and trust. You are an excellent presenter with distinctive communication skills who is comfortable taking strategic discussions at all levels.
The position is based in one of our offices in the Nordics and includes travelling (average of more than 60%), since our customers are spread out across Nordic.
